Adult Clinical Case:
45 yo male with a 6 week c/o SOB, 30 lb weight gain, cough, fatigue and 2 pillow orthopnea. PE: JVD, bilat pedal edema, 94% o2 sat on room air, no pulsus paradoxis.
Diagnosis: TB pericarditis
